Between endless job boards, unrealistic experience requirements, and vague listings, it often felt like the system wasn’t built for beginners — it was built for people who had already made it. We listened to our friends share similar stories: feeling stuck, overlooked, or simply lost in the noise. That’s why we created InternSwipe — to make internships more accessible, personalized, and Gen Z-friendly.
